Thank you for your interest in planning an event at St. Alphonsus! To ensure we are prepared for your event, all event requests must be submitted using the process below.
Register Your Ministry
If you are a requesting event space for a regularly occurring ministry/organization, please be sure your annual ministry information form is complete. Click here to complete the form or call our parish office at 773-525-0709 to inquire if your information is current.
Check Calendar
Begin by checking our parish facilities calendar here to ensure you do not submit requests for a location already in use.
Reserve Facilities
Once you've checked our calendar, click here to submit a request to reserve facilities. Please allow 5-7 business days for your reservation request to be reviewed. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note, an event is only confirmed when a written email confirmation is received.
Pre-Event Checklist
Once your event at St. Alphonsus has been approved, please take a moment to review the Event procedures checklist here. For events that require set-up in the Festival Hall, please utilize the Hall Set-Up Form here. You can also use the Supply Request for Hall and Common Room form.
