The love between two people is a gift from God. The commitment you make to be together for the rest of your lives is sealed before the community and God during the celebration of the Sacrament of Marriage. We hope that your experience of marriage preparation at St. Alphonsus is one that enriches you as a couple and provides you with a solid foundation as you begin your Sacramental marriage together.

Wedding Request Form - To request a wedding date at St. Alphonsus, please fill start by filling out our Wedding Request form and observe the Package details at the bottom of this page. A member of our Sacrament Ministry team will reach out to assist you. Availability is subject to change up until the deposit is paid.

Planning your Wedding

1. Marriage Checklist - Use this list to keep track of your Marriage prep progress. Please complete all paperwork before planning your ceremony.

2. Music Planning form - Complete this form 2-3 months ahead of your wedding date. This form will help you plan the perfect music to aid in the beauty of your day.

3. Wedding Planning form - Complete this form 2-3 months ahead of your wedding date to select your readings and plan out the ceremony.

Wedding Package Details 

St. Alphonsus offers a wealth of assistance, encouragement, and talent to help in preparing for the celebration of your marriage. Your decision to prepare for this holy Sacrament has been reached after much discussion and prayerful thought, but it is just the first step in the process of building a successful marriage. This period of engagement is an important time to deepen your love and prepare for the rest of your life together.

Our wedding package includes: 

• Wedding Coordinator to assist with ceremony planning, rehearsal, and day-of coordination 

• Catholic Couple Checkup pre-marriage inventory

• Altar Servers

• Organist + Cantor

  
  
  

Excluded from the cost of the package is Pre Cana (the marriage seminar), additional musicians, and gratuity to those involved if you so desire. The package also includes a nominal contribution to St. Alphonsus that is specifically used to maintain our parish facilities. (Please note, this donation is not a payment for the Sacrament of Marriage.) 

The wedding fee at St. Alphonsus is $1,750. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to finalize your date once your wedding date has been confirmed. This must be paid through GiveCentral. The remaining balance will be due 45 days before your wedding date. 

Weddings at St. Alphonsus are celebrated at 1:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Alternative options can be discussed if a date is not available (including some Fridays at 4:00 pm).

Getting Married Out of Town? We can help!

To begin, fill out the Marriage request form. From there we will create your file and help you organize all the items needed. Please note that you must have your file completed no later than TWO months before your wedding date in order for it to arrive in time.

The fee for those not getting married at St. Alphonsus, but request for Out of town marriage prep paperwork completion is $250 ($350 if we are contacted within 3 months of the wedding date)
