For your readings, you will receive the “Together for Life” book at your initial meeting. You can find the readings online at togetherforlifeonline.com.
The wedding party can only arrive at the church half an hour before the wedding.
The bride can enter through the south elevator door to ladies room in lower level Festival Hall. Please note: this restroom may be used by guests as well before the ceremony begins.
The groom enters the parish office via Wellington entrance.
Only the bride and groom are on the altar for vows. The rest of bridal party remains in the pews.
The altar server will approach the best man before vows to collect rings.
Wedding coordinators will not be available to pin flowers onto bridal party and parents. Please assign someone to help with this duty.
Be sure to remove all personal belongings from the ladies’ room before the ceremony begins. The church remains open to the public, and the coordinators will not be around to secure your personal belongings.
Nothing can be thrown outside upon the bride’s and groom’s departure. Only bubbles are acceptable outside. If bubbles are to be used, please remove all packaging upon your departure.
Please bring your Cook County marriage license to the church one week before your rehearsal. *Record the License # or make copy of it before bringing to parish office.
Videographers and photographers are asked to fill out this form 3 months before your wedding date.
Final Payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding. If you have questions regarding payment, you can contact Nora Ramirez.
There is no charge for parking in the St. Al’s lots during rehearsal and wedding.
